Meet Teddy

Teddy takes pride in not selling an investment property to an investor just “because” they are wanting to buy and qualified. Originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa Teddy attended South Dakota State University on a football scholarship and graduated with degrees in Health Science, Business Economics and Spanish. Teddy enjoys golfing, wood working/DIY projects, wine tasting with his wife(Gennifer), and spending time with his son(Teddy Jr.) and dog(Bear) at their cabin in Pinetop.
